For catalog products (400+ existing styles), the MOQ is 500 pieces per style with no tooling fee. For fully custom mold designs, the MOQ is 1,000–3,000 pieces depending on complexity. We also allow MOQ splitting across 2 color variants or artwork versions using the same base mold (e.g., 250 pcs gold + 250 pcs silver = 500 pcs total).

Yes. For products using the same base mold, you can split the MOQ between up to 2 artwork or color variants. For example: 300 pcs of CAP-016 in gold finish + 200 pcs of CAP-016 in black finish = MOQ met. Contact us to confirm which product lines support SKU splitting.

Yes. We provide free samples for all 400+ catalog products. For custom mold designs, we produce a paid prototype (typically $50–$200) before mass production begins. Standard sample lead time is 7–10 business days.

After production completion: Sea freight: 20–30 days to US West Coast, 25–35 days to Europe. Air freight: 5–8 days. Express (DHL/FedEx): 3–5 days. Mass production lead time is 25–35 days. Samples ship within 3–5 days via express.

We accept T/T (bank transfer) as our standard payment method: 30% deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipment. We also accept PayPal for sample orders. T/T is the industry standard for B2B manufacturing orders — we provide a formal proforma invoice and company bank details on official letterhead for every transaction.
